Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-conscious individual to join our team as a Style Advisor at Suit Supply Co. As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and showcasing our brand's unique style and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized styling advice to clients, ensuring they feel confident and stylish in our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products, including fit, construction, and style.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products and services to clients.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and visually appealing, adhering to our brand's visual guidelines.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service is required.
  • Fashion Knowledge: A genuine interest in fashion and styling is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
