About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Mimco in Wollongang NSW. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by offering personalized advice and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect product to suit their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and trends, and utilize this knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Passion for Fashion: A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
