Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambitious Operations Leader to oversee the production operations of seven concrete plants. This role involves working closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strong safety, health, and environmental standards across all operations
  • Lead and support a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers to achieve operational excellence
  • Oversee and manage the profit & loss budget to drive financial performance
  • Coordinate maintenance of plants and vehicles to maximise efficiency and reliability
  • Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business by developing and implementing preventative maintenance and operational improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in concrete plant management or related industry experience
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain a collaborative and supportive team culture
