Key Responsibilities:- Resident Care: Develop and implement individual care plans that address the medical, physical, and emotional needs of each resident.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
- Care Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of care plans that consider the unique health requirements and preferences of each resident.

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with ANNAC.
- Expertise in medication administration and wound care with a commitment to ongoing clinical excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- An outstanding proficiency in care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation.
