CT Metering Specialist

This pivotal role empowers customer journeys and strengthens partnerships within the Electricity Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, navigating regulatory environments, and connecting with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- SUPPORT CUSTOMERS through New Supply, Increase Supply, and Alteration requests for CT metering connections.
- Collaborate closely with external stakeholders to monitor project pipelines and build strong relationships.
- Navigate complex regulatory environments with clarity and confidence.
- Act as a key connector between teams and external stakeholders.
- Provide thoughtful responses to escalations and look for ways to enhance operational flow and customer satisfaction.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP software.
- Experience using the JEN portal and understanding its functions.
- Confidence in navigating the CIC & Connections process end-to-end.
- Experience in the utilities industry, with ability to interpret technical and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to applying industry standards with integrity and care.
