Mobile Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineering Leader to drive the development of our mobile applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on mobile app development.

  2. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and management skills.
  3. The Mobile Engineering Leader will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of mobile projects.
  4. This includes defining technical requirements, architecting solutions, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Development Team: Manage and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.
  • Define Technical Requirements: Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop detailed technical specifications.
  • Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable and maintainable architectures for mobile applications.
  • Mentor and Guide: Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them grow professionally and technically.

Requirements

  1. 5+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on mobile app development.
  2. Deep Expertise in Flutter: Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework, with experience in developing complex mobile applications.
  3. Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  4. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
