Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Research Technician to join our research and development team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the correlation of canola research data, managing trials, and providing technical services and agronomy advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site selection, trial preparation, packing seed, planting, irrigation, weed and insect control, pollinating, hand harvesting and shelling
  • Data analysis using software to inform product line decision-making
  • Technical and agronomic advice
  • Organising contractors and supervising seasonal workers
  • Providing technical support at field days

Working Environment:

You will work closely with our Portfolio Manager to establish product development plans, manage trials, collect, analyze, report on and make recommendations based on trial data. We are committed to creating a safe and healthy workplace.
