Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with international contracting standards.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with legal teams, procurement, and client representatives to ensure contractual clarity.
  • Support dispute resolution and claims management processes.
  • Maintain logs and records of contractual correspondence and amendments.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A background in Engineering is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in port, marine, or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or other international contracting standards.
