At Excel Building Management, we strive to deliver exceptional building management services to Sydney's high-end residential and commercial strata title markets.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a concierge and customer service specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star service to residents and guests at our high-end apartment complexes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering industry-leading concierge services;
  • Ensuring a professional welcome and exceptional service experiences;
  • Providing exceptional front desk services;
  • Assisting the Building Manager with various tasks;
  • Maintaining databases and responding to enquiries;
  • Securing resident keys and security devices;
  • Performing internal and external patrols;
  • Responding to emergencies and completing incident reports;

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English;
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team;
  • Front of house or customer service experience;
  • Proven quality written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, email, and BuildingLink);

  • Punctuality and proactivity;

A uniform is provided, and training is given prior to the first shift. Immediate start is available.
