About the Role:

As a Senior Family Lawyer at Wattsmccray, you will work closely with our Practice Lead for Gold Coast and collaborate with a team of experienced and dedicated colleagues nationally. Your typical day will involve:

  1. Providing expert advice to clients on divorce and separation, property settlements, child support, relocations, and de-facto and same-sex couples.
  2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through empathetic and service-focused communication.
  3. Developing and implementing effective business development strategies, including building solid referral networks.
  4. Managing and supervising junior staff to ensure seamless case management.
  5. Liaising with our national team of experienced family lawyers on day-to-day matters, including professional practice.
About You:

You will be an experienced Family Lawyer with a strong background in family law, possessing excellent business acumen and a proven track record of achieving commercial outcomes. You will be goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and a keen sense of business development. You will:
