Leadership Role

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to deliver high-quality services. This includes supervising staff, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results and improve service delivery

  • Ensure staff members understand their roles and expectations, and provide guidance and support as needed

This full-time role is located in Alice Springs, NT. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Level 6 Award.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree-level qualification in social services, community development, or a related field, or extensive experience working in a similar role
  • Proven ability to engage with homeless individuals and support them in overcoming challenges such as mental health issues and substance abuse
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with previous experience managing staff and budgets
