Job Opportunity

A talented and self-driven professional is sought to fill the role of Safety Solutions Consultant.

This position requires experience in the use, supply, sales, and delivery of customer solutions for safety products (personal protective equipment, safety workwear, and footwear).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of Sales Support: Providing product identification, customer solutions, and joint activity with account managers and/or vendors.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintaining an opportunity pipeline, performance reporting, and providing key market and customer insights.
  • Product Knowledge Support: Delivering training and product knowledge support to our sales and customer service teams.
  • Customer Relationships: Building, developing, and fostering existing and new customer and vendor relationships through the delivery of technical expertise.
  • Quote and Tender Response: Providing quote and tender response support including product recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Contributing to cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven track record in delivering technical expertise, specifically within the safety (personal protective equipment, safety workwear, and footwear) product categories.
  • Prioritization: Ability to proactively manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across functions.
  • Customer Focus: Desire to be face-to-face with customers delivering technical solutions.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills, with CRM experience highly regarded.
