Lindsay Australia Limited is the largest transporter of fresh and refrigerated produce in Australia. We move 15% of the country's annual horticulture production and are proud of the role we play to support our growers from planting to packaging, then connecting farmers to retailers and families through our road, rail and logistics network.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Innisfail depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services to meet customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate freight, deliveries and drivers for local and interstate shipments
  • Raise and reconcile freight bills
  • Audit site safety procedures
  • Plan and manage loading operations as required
  • Manage freight bookings and time slot requests
  • Administer customer orders and jobs received
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as directed by the Depot Manager

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior administration experience with competent computer skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
  • A genuine care factor for the needs of internal and external customers
  • Ability to work a weekend roster and flexible start/finish times as per seasonal requirements

What We Offer:

As a Logistics Operations Coordinator with Lindsay Australia Ltd, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
