Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective counselling support to students, addressing their academic and personal growth needs.
  • Advise and inform the School community on student counselling best-practice needs and approaches.
  • Maintain an effective referral system to external professionals, ensuring seamless support for our students.
  • Foster and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, prioritizing student support and needs.
  • Contribute to a School-wide approach to Wellbeing, promoting a culture of care and support.
About You

We are looking for a genuine, enthusiastic, and responsible team player who is passionate about working compassionately with students and alongside colleagues. A committed Christian with suitable qualifications and experience in school counselling or similar work is essential. You will be required to hold a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and mandatory child safe training, or be willing to obtain.
