Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Offer technical guidance and leadership to workshop personnel.
  • Oversee all operations within the EVS workshop, including task distribution, inventory management, and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of safety and uphold workshop and surrounding areas in compliance with HSE industry standards.
  • Establish systems to guarantee that all vehicles and equipment are maintained to acceptable standards.
  • Ensure timely servicing and repairs of all vehicles as per schedule or necessity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and detailing of all vehicles.
  • Take responsibility for the workshop and the upkeep of all tools and equipment.
  • Document all incidents related to vehicles.
  • Verify that equipment is operational and meets required quantities and specifications.
  • Investigate and address damages and complaints as necessary.
  • Implement training and procedures aimed at enhancing business operations.
  • Assist in programs that develop and commission new or replacement service vehicles and retire outgoing ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A valid mechanical trade certification, along with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Willingness to lead a team effectively.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • A strong commitment to safety practices.
  • Possess excellent technical knowledge and diagnostic abilities.
