Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following duties:- Offer technical guidance and leadership to workshop personnel.
- Oversee all operations within the EVS workshop, including task distribution, inventory management, and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Foster a culture of safety and uphold workshop and surrounding areas in compliance with HSE industry standards.
- Establish systems to guarantee that all vehicles and equipment are maintained to acceptable standards.
- Ensure timely servicing and repairs of all vehicles as per schedule or necessity.
- Maintain cleanliness and detailing of all vehicles.
- Take responsibility for the workshop and the upkeep of all tools and equipment.
- Document all incidents related to vehicles.
- Verify that equipment is operational and meets required quantities and specifications.
- Investigate and address damages and complaints as necessary.
- Implement training and procedures aimed at enhancing business operations.
- Assist in programs that develop and commission new or replacement service vehicles and retire outgoing ones.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid mechanical trade certification, along with relevant experience and qualifications.
- Willingness to lead a team effectively.
- Capability to work independently.
- A strong commitment to safety practices.
- Possess excellent technical knowledge and diagnostic abilities.
