Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented professional to spearhead development initiatives in our Communities division. The project entails delivering over 3,000 homes within a fifteen-year period at Shoreline, a 262-hectare master-planned community in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sales release process with marketing and sales teams, including managing construction updates for purchasers
  • Assist consultant teams in securing planning and operational works approvals with local and state authorities
  • Help drive program, operational, and financial performance of subdivision precincts and associated infrastructure
  • Support the team in coordinating operational aspects of project delivery, including procurement, production, and civil works of subdivision and general scheme infrastructure
  • Collaborate with the Development Team to enhance placemaking through provision of key amenity and infrastructure
  • Build key client and stakeholder relationships in coordination with senior development managers
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal approval obligations

This full-time, permanent position requires a tertiary-qualified professional in Construction Management, Planning, Property Development/Economics, Engineering, or a related field, ideally with experience in land development and/or master-planned residential communities.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and a collaborative nature consistent with developing and maintaining relationships across internal and external functional teams.
