The Service Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Service department and external contractors to quote and estimate labor and parts required for jobs. They will also engage with customers for quoting and organizing upcoming preventative maintenance, ensuring all work is booked and carried out in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite or willingness to learn
  • Engage with customers for quoting and organizing upcoming preventative maintenance
  • Work with the Service department and external contractors for quoting and estimating labor and parts required for jobs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Liaise with the Service department to ensure all work is booked and carried out in a timely manner
  • Work with the Service department to help with scheduling servicing and breakdowns
  • Contribute to bringing new business into the Service department

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Aptitude for maintaining organized and efficient work practices
  • Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Training will be provided to the successful candidate on company equipment
