We are seeking a passionate and motivated UI/UX Design Assistant to join our team.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide support to our designers in creating user-centered and visually appealing digital products. You will have the opportunity to learn from the Head of Design and User Experience and contribute to the design process from research to implementation. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of UI design (with a keen focus on the User Experience).

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead in the creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. They will also manage visual content creation including UI design while ensuring design thinking while keeping any brand guidelines in mind. Additionally, they will prepare design assets and specifications for developers.

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient from a UI and graphic design perspective and will conduct basic user research and usability testing. They will gather and analyze user feedback and support in managing creative tools and software (Figma, Canva, Photoshop to name a few).

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in UI and/or UX design (including internships)
Skills Required
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva)
  • Brief understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Creativity and a keen eye for effective design and aesthetics
  • Strong communication skills for collaborative tasks
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
