  • Oversee and assist with cleaning, maintaining job sites, and ensuring safety regulations are met.
  • Manage fence installation, kitchen installation, and door fix-out work.
  • Conduct quality checks and address any issues related to workmanship.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to provide updates on project progress.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction-related tasks, including cleaning, maintaining, fence installation, kitchen installation, and door fix-out work.
  • Carpentry license is not mandatory but will be highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations in Australia.
