With an impressive portfolio of 300+ new homes annually across NSW, they require a skilled Pre-construction Coordinator to oversee processes from sales to construction commencement.
This role involves coordinating with construction administrators on tasks such as:
- Managing and prioritizing pre-site requirements and approvals to support the Home Building delivery program.
- Coordinating preparation of planning proposals for single through to master planning and large scale DAs in support of residential subdivision developments.
- Maintaining the CRM system and providing administrative support to sales and estimating teams.
- Representing the company with government agencies and councils on development project matters.
- Preparing and coordinating site files, contracts, schedules, and meetings.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in the residential construction sector in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Construction, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office suite, and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
