Snr System Analyst Role

We are seeking experienced system analysts to fill this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a range of requirements gathering activities, including:

  • Analyse and reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements, and distinguish solution ideas from business needs;
  • Produce analysis and design documentation, such as high-level and detailed system requirements, process maps, user stories, and user interface specifications;
  • Map current and future state business processes;
  • Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide assistance in the planning and management of user acceptance activities;
  • Support projects undertaken in line with departmental processes and digital delivery models.

This is a fixed-term opportunity based in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and experience working in agile delivery environments.
