Job Overview

This role is focused on driving business-led changes across customer communications. The goal is to ensure accurate and timely implementation of communication updates, in compliance with regulatory requirements and aligned with business objectives.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, capture requirements and define the scope of planned work.
  • Conducting thorough testing and validation checks to ensure all communication assets meet requirements.
  • Managing daily monitoring and reconciliation of communications and reports to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation to support consistency, efficiency and continuity.
  • Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance through governance and operational effectiveness.
  • Building strong relationships across the business to facilitate smooth delivery of communication initiatives.

You are a detail-oriented problem solver with experience in customer-focused operational roles, preferably within regulated industries. You should have prior experience working in customer communications, a solid foundation in Business Analyst and Project Coordination principles, and exceptional attention to detail.
