We are seeking an exceptional Service Contract Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage service contract pricing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
- Monitor invoices, margins, and CPI increases to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Lead performance meetings with customers and respond promptly to their requests to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Enforce contract thresholds and resolve financial disputes effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth with Account Managers to expand our customer base.
- Improve billing accuracy and overall customer satisfaction through data-driven analysis and process improvements.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing service-based contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced business writing and reporting capabilities to present complex data insights.
- Sharp attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and analytical strength to drive business outcomes.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes across the organization.
