Job Requirements

To succeed as a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff team, you'll need to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every visit is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Be knowledgeable about our drinks and menu, able to offer recommendations and pairings.
  • Prepare and present drinks that meet our high standards and customer expectations.
  • Assist with greeting, serving food and looking after customers during their meal.
  • Ensure the bar area is always safe, clean and compliant with regulations.

  • Is passionate about delivering great service and creating a warm welcome for customers.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and can maintain high standards in everything they do.
  • Is a positive and proactive team player, always willing to lend a hand.
