Career Development Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Career Development Facilitator to lead the delivery of our Community Careers project.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting participants with diverse personal and social issues and direct barriers to employment.
- Working collaboratively within a team to develop a culture aligned with our mission and values.
- Creating individual training and personal development support plans for participants to enhance their opportunities to complete training and access employment.
- Facilitating the provision of personal development activities as determined by individual plans, to develop vocational and employability skills and empower participants.
- Liaising with local employers and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to maximise employment and training outcomes.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for undertaking and maintaining accurate documentation, including case notes, reports, and data collection as required.
