Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the dispatching and receiving of orders, provide coaching to staff, and ensure outstanding customer service through liaison with customers.

This is a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently and effectively. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in maintaining high standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and Dispatching: Lead and manage the loading of trucks and distribution of goods to meet tight deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Workplace Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure adherence to strong WHS policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Time Management: Prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form to liaise with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Highly organised with strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  • Warehouse Experience: Experience in warehouse management, including leadership and operational skills.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team.
