About the Role

OzChild is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the operational delivery of services, outcomes, and improvement for our Strengthening and Prevention and Out of Home Care Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the day-to-day operational delivery of services, outcomes, and improvement for OzChild's programs.
  • Manage the operations of multiple programs within the sector, including Functional Family Therapy Child Welfare, Functional Family Therapy – Youth Justice, and Foster Care.
  • Represent the program and its team with internal and external stakeholders, aligning with OzChild's culture and behaviors.
  • Implement risk management and compliance frameworks consistent with OzChild's policies and values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
  • Significant relevant organisational leadership experience, including managing multiple programs.
  • Direct involvement in working with organisation-wide strategy, contributing to policy, process, and system reviews, and improvement.
  • Direct experience in delivering evidence-based programs or models of intervention, including Out of Home Care services.
  • Working knowledge of the Office of the Children's Guardian Standards and Registration.
