The Tasmanian Government Department of Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in North Tasmania. As a key member of our Child and Youth Mental Health Service, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level clinical leadership and guidance to the team
- Develop and implement specialized treatment programs for children, young people, and their families
- Work collaboratively with innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services
- Lead and work with a diverse group of clinicians to provide support and consultation to team members as required
- Satisfactory completion of an appropriate allied health professional course of study at a recognized tertiary institution and registered with the relevant Board
- Current Working with Children Registration
- A minimum of 3 years current postgraduate experience in child, adolescent, and/or youth mental health or relevant field
- Training in relevant and appropriate evidence-based therapeutic interventions
