Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of floor closets, removing trash, wiping down shelves/counters, sweeping floors, and storing items in designated areas.
  • Respond to guests' requests such as delivering housekeeping supplies.
  • Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, storage areas, and other public spaces for assigned floors.
  • Assist room attendants with heavy items like mattresses and linens.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the company.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • The legal right to work in Australia without limitation or restrictions.
