Job Overview

The Floor Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and showcasing us to the highest standard possible. The successful candidate will focus on achieving the best customer service in a fast-paced and high-volume venue while being part of a collaborative and fun team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checklists: Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring they are updated and displayed at all times.
  • Customer Complaints: Handle complaints professionally, improve customer experience, and communicate with management for guidance.
  • Wine Service: Learn wine service and basic wine knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Opening and Closing the Venue: Present the venue according to our Visual Merchandising standards, ensuring cleanliness, uniforms, and table presentation meet expectations.
  • Deep Clean: Participate in fortnightly deep cleaning of Front and Back of House areas under the supervision of Restaurant Managers.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Attend training sessions to develop menu knowledge and skills.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to creating a happy and fun environment within the team and with staff.
