Our organization seeks a Clinical Team Lead to oversee clinical operations in an urgent care setting. This rewarding opportunity will provide you with a chance to lead and supervise clinical staff, while providing high-quality patient care.
This position involves leading and coordinating the clinical flow at the Urgent Care Clinic, supervising and mentoring other clinical staff within your scope of practice, working closely with the clinic manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and developing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the clinical flow at the Urgent Care Clinic.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentoring to other clinical staff within your scope of practice.
- Work closely with the Urgent Care Clinic Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.

- Relevant qualifications and experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
