Expert ICT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Problem Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Incident Management team, you will be responsible for managing and owning the Problem Management process for ICT.
The successful candidate will ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in systems and services. They will also coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
In addition, they will organize knowledge assets and oversee the lifecycle of identifying, capturing, classifying, storing and maintaining knowledge assets. The ideal candidate will provide after-hours Incident and Problem Manager support when required.

Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with ITIL qualifications is highly desirable.
This is a temporary position available immediately for six weeks with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
