About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Screener and Clinic Administrator to join our team at our Mandurah Clinic in Western Australia. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours a week, and reporting directly to the Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the clinic, including reception and general administration duties
- Process medical bookings and manage results
- Administer health questionnaires and conduct preliminary medical assessments
- Collect specimens, including drug and alcohol testing, and conduct audiometry and spirometry testing
- Invoice clients and manage clinic finances
Requirements
- Be well-organised and have excellent administration skills
- Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Have an eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
