Job Summary

This Administration Officer role provides key support to the local healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

You will work closely with the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) and/or Nurse Manager 5 (NM) to provide efficient and effective administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • managing schedules and coordinating meetings;
  • maintaining accurate records and databases;
  • providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a Certificate III in Health Administration or its equivalent;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
