Key Responsibilities- Access Control: Ensure all individuals have the correct access credentials and manage access into the site by maintaining accurate access logs.
- Site Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the facilities and report any issues or safety-related matters to the Security Control Centre.
- Emergency Response: Support emergency responses as per standard operating procedures and as directed by the Security Control Centre.
- Incident Reporting: Assist with incident reporting with the Site Manager, Supervisors, and the Security Control Centre.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct monthly temporary badge card audits to ensure access compliance.
- Customer Service Focus: Possess a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Security Licence: Hold a current Victorian Security Licence.
- Driver's Licence: Hold a current Driver's Licence.
- Security Training: Completed a Certificate II or III in Security Operations.
- First Aid and CPR: Possess current First Aid and CPR qualifications or be willing to obtain prior to employment.
- Physical Demands: Be comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
