We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Clayton. As a key member of our customer-focused team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access credentials and maintain access logs to ensure secure entry to the site.
  • Conduct regular patrols and report any issues or safety concerns to the Security Control Centre.
  • Support emergency responses and assist with incident reporting.
  • Conduct monthly temporary badge card audits to ensure access compliance.
Requirements
  • Customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Victorian Security Licence and valid Driver's Licence.
  • Completed Certificate II or III in Security Operations.
  • Current First Aid & CPR qualifications or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
