Accountant Position

The role of Accountant involves the processing and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

This part-time position offers flexible working hours within our office hours (7am–5pm, Monday–Friday). The successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to the successful roll-out of a new ERP system while maintaining work-life balance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions in accordance with accounting principles
  • Prepare financial statements and assist with payroll, BAS, GST, PAYG, superannuation, and other statutory reporting
  • Support the Financial Accounting team with end-of-month tasks and the set-up of the new ERP system
  • Assist with general administration duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong background in payroll and reconciliation knowledge
  • Strong understanding of accounting software and systems
  • Degree in Accounting highly regarded
