At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. This key role involves overseeing the daily activities of our operations department and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and providing guidance on procedures and policies. You will also be tasked with reviewing and revising driver routes to increase productivity and monitoring workload changes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a transportation or shipping environment, strong leadership qualities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and have a high aptitude for technology.
