Cluster Leadership Position

We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to oversee the Southern Cluster in the R3-CTEP program. The role involves ensuring the cluster achieves its goals of increasing the conduct of, and patient participation in, clinical trials in rural, regional, and remote areas in southern NSW and the ACT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team, managing projects and programs, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve the cluster's objectives. They will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including health services, researchers, and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and vision for the cluster.
  • Lead a team of professionals in achieving the cluster's goals.
  • Develop and implement project management plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
