About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Systems Engineer to lead our engineering team in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the governance of mechanical engineering standards across ASEAN projects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Project management and delivery support within mechanical engineering
  • Managing the governance of mechanical engineering standards across ASEAN projects
  • Contribution to design process, project engineering management and commissioning process from mechanical perspective
  • Mechanical equipment strategy and standardization across the ASEAN Region to improve scalability and optimization of resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years professional experience
  • Proven experience in mechanical equipment design and manufacturing with capability to design, analyze and implement strategic upgrades for heavy metal industry
  • Knowledge of mechanical design standards, design software such as AutoCAD, 3D design, FEA, and awareness of international standards
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills on technical and non-technical topics, to audiences across all levels of the organization
