The Role
  • Support the Store Manager to build a culture of development that inspires and engages the team.
  • Embed customer excellence while growing your business through clear direction and operational excellence.
  • Bring your commercial eye to the store, spotting trade opportunities and finding solutions to improve the customer experience and store results.
  • Support the Store Manager to manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.
  • Advocate for the Cotton On Foundation, engaging the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.
