About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a key member of our centre, you will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0 – 5 years old.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/Diploma Early Childhood Education or ECT – Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Full working rights for Australia.
