Effective leadership is crucial in our paediatric allied health service. As a Clinical Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your managerial and clinical leadership in a friendly, professional and high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of allied health professionals and educators to achieve exceptional outcomes for young clients and maintain a well-supported team environment.
  • Proactively implementing solutions and dedicated to bringing the best for clients, families, staff, and the organisation.
  • Managing a fun, play-based environment with amazing colleagues, working towards continued excellence, innovation, and industry leadership.
Requirements
  • Qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker, registered teacher or early childhood educator.
  • Considerable experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health, with autism research interest highly regarded.
  • Past experience in leadership and managerial roles, with those seeking to extend into first centre leadership position welcome to apply.
  • Compliance requirements include relevant qualifications, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, and Driver's License & Vehicle.
