Job Title: Parts Specialist
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts at a depot, supporting a team in keeping an entire fleet in top condition.
Responsibilities include receipt and dispatch of new and/or repairable stock items, conducting regular stock-takes and cyclic counts to maintain efficient stock levels based on trends.
Additional tasks include raising purchase orders as required, liaising with suppliers on stock issues, maintaining accurate records of receipted and dispatched stock, managing warranty of parts, and picking up and delivering parts to depots.
Requirements
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and administration skills are required, along with the ability to learn internal systems.
- Prioritization and completion of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Applicants must possess a full car license (medium rigid license or higher preferred).
