Trainee Bus Driver - Women up front

The Opportunity

Our Women Up Front Driver Training Program offers an opportunity to become part of our team. We pay you while we train you to upgrade to an MR licence, followed by a five-week supportive induction program with a mix of classroom and on-road training. You'll then have ongoing support over the next 12 months to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

All you need to bring is your smile, energy, passion and commitment to creating awesome experiences for our customers, communities, and teammates.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with the public
  • Contribute to safe journey experiences for passengers
  • Support ticket sales and a range of bus services including general routes, charters and special events
What You'll Work On

We are looking for highly motivated people who enjoy interacting with the public and have a genuine passion for delivering great customer service.

Remuneration
  • Base pay from $35.04 per hour
Location

Based in Marcoola

What Boxes You Need to Tick
  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public
  • Willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment physical examination and medical history check
  • Australian Work Rights
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
