Clinical Pharmacist Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be an integral part of our team at The Wesley Hospital in Brisbane. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Dispensing and supplying medication and pharmacy products to patients
  • Coordinating patient medication requirements for inpatient stays, day infusions, and discharges
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Supporting patients, carers, hospital staff, and associated employees
  • Educating and advising staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection, and the proper use of medicines

Our ideal candidate will have general registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice. They will also possess Australian working rights, valid for at least the duration of the contract.
