Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date and discrepancies are minimized.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using D365 ERP system
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances to minimize losses
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of stock adjustments, write-offs, and replenishment orders
  • Manage inventory turnover efficiently to meet business demands
  • Accurately enter and maintain inventory transactions, stock movements, and purchase orders in the D365 ERP system
  • Generate and analyze inventory and stock reports to inform business decisions
  • Coordinate with freight providers and warehouse staff to optimize logistics operations
  • Administer weighbridge operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Manage customer inquiries related to inventory availability, deliveries, and orders
  • Support other regional hub administration tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in inventory control, stock management, or logistics administration
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (D365 preferred)
  • Experience investigating stock variances and reconciling discrepancies
  • Freight and dispatch coordination experience
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
