About the Role

We offer flexible rotating rosters that operate on a six-week rotation, providing a variety of shifts throughout the week. This allows our Educators to plan appointments and other responsibilities around work hours.

The centre boasts a cozy, home-like atmosphere with three playgrounds and is conveniently located near shops, schools, and a medical centre next door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Literacy and Numeracy Development: Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of all children, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Environmental Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Relationship Building: Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
