Female Support Care Professional

Provide exceptional care to a female participant with complex needs in Northern Gold Coast, QLD. The individual resides with family and requires daily assistance with personal care, transfers, domestic duties, and PEG feeding.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and time management abilities, ensuring seamless support across mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and bathing using a mobile shower trolley
- Administer catheter and bowel care (enemas and digital stimulation)
- Perform full hoist transfers using a sling and PAT slide (two-person assist)
- Support PEG feeding, oral suctioning, eye drop administration, and medication management
- Manage domestic tasks: laundry, cleaning, and general tidying
- Foster community engagement and rehabilitation exercises
- Australian Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (Certificate)
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Exceptional communication skills and time management
- Flexibility to work across various shifts
