Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional shopping experiences at our sports fashion store.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sports and customer service, with a focus on delivering personalized support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing positivity and professionalism at all times.
  • Gain and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to best assist customers.
  • Provide personalized 1:1 customer service, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Assist customers with queries and process sales efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, including visual merchandising setup, store cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Escalate any customer complaints to management promptly.
  • Complete mandatory training relevant to products, policies, and procedures consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service experience within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
  • The ability to provide excellent service and go above and beyond for customers.
  • A passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands.
  • A positive can-do attitude and ability to work effectively as a team.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Enthusiasm to overcome challenges and learn new skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on engaging with customers and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
